Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings such as layout, grading, erosion and sediment control; stormwater management plans; road, water, sewer drain plans; landscape, hardscape, and forest conservation plans using CAD software.

• Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Review and modify designs to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Provide support in project planning and coordination to meet deadlines.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma;

• CAD Certification or 2-year CAD Degree;

• Proficient with AutoCAD software;

• Must have strong ability to pay attention to detail;

• Good communication skills;

• Ability to adapt to change work assignments and multiple priorities

Job Preferences

Previous work experience involving preparation of site construction drawings is an advantage.
