Duties & Responsibilities

CityScape Engineering is seeking a talented CAD Civil 3D Drafter to support the production of site construction drawings for our green infrastructure and community redevelopment projects in and around Baltimore City, Maryland. Key responsibilities include:

• Produce detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D plan sheets, profiles, construction drawings, and details for site development projects

• Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts and technical specifications into accurate CAD drawings.

• Maintain drawing standards and ensure project documentation is up to date.

• Assist in revising and updating plans based on feedback from senior engineers and project managers.

• Support the preparation of exhibits, figures, and site plans for engineering reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design documents.

Applicants should have a passion for promoting innovative and equitable urban design solutions for community greening and revitalization projects. Candidates are expected to travel to and work from our office in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
