Duties & Responsibilities:

DMW is looking for a CAD Designer proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with experience preparing civil engineering, environmental, and landscape architecture plans. You will work as a part of a team to prepare site construction drawings at the direction of the design staff to include concept, development and zoning plans; layout, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, road, water, sewer, and drain construction drawings. Experience with utility profiles is required. A wide degree of latitude and creativity is expected. A CAD Designer should be able to work on designs with minimal guidance from engineers.

This is a learning position that offers growth opportunities and requires an organized, detail-oriented team player.

Minimum Requirements:

CAD Certification, 2-year CAD Degree, or equivalent work experience;

3 years of AutoCAD experience with 1 year of Civil 3D experience;

Knowledge of drafting procedures and standards;

Previous work experience involving the preparation of site construction drawings is an advantage.
