Christina Guzman Casole, PE 


Christina Guzman Casole, a licensed water resources engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania, graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Civil Engineering in 2002 and from Johns Hopkins University with her MS in Environmental Science and Engineering in 2017. With over 20 years of experience, she recently purchased majority ownership and became President of Hanover Land Services, Inc. expanding their services from survey and civil engineering to also include her specialties of water resources and environmental engineering.  

 

Ms. Casole has volunteered with ASCE extensively throughout her career. She has served on boards and committees since first joining in 2000 as a student member at Penn State. Her continued involvement led to positions on at the local level starting out as the Younger Member Chair of the Maryland section and working her way up to Section President. She has also served on committees and boards at the national level and regional including the Leadership Training committee and as Region 2 Governor respectively. Outside of ASCE, Ms. Casole has also chaired the Environmental Committee for the ACEC Maryland section and continues to participate with the committee as well as the Small Business Committee.  

 

In her rare free time, Christina enjoys traveling, playing sports and spending time with her friends and family.  

 

Ms. Casole is thankful to her family, friends, and ASCE and professional mentors, who have continued to support her and provide her with much needed laughter and love throughout her career.
