Tony is a Project Manager with EXP, where he has quickly taken on significant responsibilities in the design and delivery of complex bridge projects across the region. His experience includes leading bridge design efforts, performing load ratings on major structures including the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge, and supporting emergency response and rehabilitation efforts for dozens of bridges.

What is particularly impressive is the pace and depth of Tony’s growth. In just a few years, he has advanced into leadership roles on major infrastructure projects, demonstrating technical excellence, sound judgment, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges.

Beyond his project work, Tony has made a lasting impact on the profession through his leadership in ASCE Maryland. As past President of the Younger Member Group, he helped grow engagement and participation, strengthening the next generation of civil engineers in our region.

In a short period of time, Tony has already demonstrated the qualities of a leader well beyond his years—combining technical expertise, mentorship, and a deep commitment to the profession.
