Jeff serves as Hydrology and Hydraulics Civil Design Team Leader for AECOM’s U.S. East Dams Group, bringing more than 22 years of experience focused on protecting critical infrastructure and the communities that depend on it. 

Over the past year, his work has directly enhanced the safety and resilience of dozens of dams across Maryland. He has led complex engineering evaluations, risk assessments, breach analyses, and emergency action planning efforts for more than 50 regulated dams—supporting agencies including the Maryland Department of the Environment and major regional utilities.

What distinguishes Jeff’s impact is not only his technical expertise, but his leadership. He is known for guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex, risk-informed decisions with clarity and accountability, while investing deeply in mentoring the next generation of engineers.

His work has strengthened public safety, improved infrastructure reliability, and advanced the practice of dam engineering across the region.
